DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
While I am not a registered dietician, I can help provide nutritional guidance and strategies based on experience and scientific evidence as a part of your individualized workouts. Every client's nutritional needs are different, as is their body composition. I can help you understand what best suits your needs.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
I provide expertise from personal experiences as a professional athlete, and share my knowledge gained from the worlds top coaches, trainers, nutrition specialists and fellow athletes. I train by focusing initially on correcting physical imbalances, imparting an understanding of body movement, and creating a base to move forward with training. I think of it as coaching the person before training the person.
